These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Emproconstruction (hereinafter, "the Company"), specialized in steel frame home construction and engineered foundations. Hiring our services implies full and unreserved acceptance of all clauses established herein.

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods are:
The payment schedule is established in the contract and may include: 30% at start, 40% during execution, and 30% upon project completion.
Execution deadlines are mutually agreed upon between the parties and detailed in the contract. Emproconstruction commits to meeting agreed deadlines, except in cases of force majeure or delays attributable to the client (such as lack of access, unforeseen modifications, etc.).
In accordance with current regulations (Spanish Building Act - LOE), we offer the following warranties:

Any modification requested by the client during project execution must be communicated in writing. Emproconstruction will prepare an additional quote that must be accepted before proceeding with the modifications.
All plans, designs, models, and documents delivered by Emproconstruction are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used by third parties without express authorization.
Emproconstruction shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of services, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (extreme weather conditions, strikes, supply issues, etc.).
The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Badalona (Barcelona) for the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation, particularly the Spanish Building Act (LOE), the Civil Code, and the Consumer Protection Act.
